10 House Republicans vote for salary control

Displaying the same lack of principles that handed the House and Senate (and the White House) to the collectivists, 10 Republicans have voted to curb “excessive” pay at companies that receive bailout money.  A$$clowns.  Have they ever read the Constitution?  Where in Article 1, Section 8 does Congress get the power to regulate anyone’s salaries (and yes, that would include the unconstitutional and worker-hurting minimum wage)?

The RINOs who supported this:

Bilirakis
Brown-Waite, Ginny
Cao
Diaz-Balart, L.
Diaz-Balart, M.
Duncan
Jones
McHugh
Rohrabacher
Ros-Lehtinen

Michelle has a good rant on this subject.

None of them are from my state.  I hope that their constituents remember that in 2010 and vote them out in their primary.

  1. Its almost a waste of breath to keep repeating it, but where in the Constitution these chuckleheads think they have the right to do any of this is beyond me.
