Gateway Pundit points out:
In his first week as president Barack Obama already banned harsh interrogations, closed Gitmo, passed legislation to fund foreign abortions, pi$$ed off the Vatican, stared down a reporter, pi$$ed off Pakistan, bombed an ally, killed civilians, snarked at GOP leaders and bashed Bush
But then what does the AP say about this long litany of controversial moves by the new President? Swallow your coffee first, you don’t want it all over your monitor.
opened his presidency by breaking sharply from ‘s unpopular administration, but he mostly avoided divisive partisan and ideological stands. He focused instead on fixing the economy, repairing a battered world image and cleaning up government.
I’m not kidding. Pravda would be very impressed. Obama has now restarted the funding of overseas abortions with taxpayer dollars, but clearly since the AP agrees with that policy they do not think it divisive or ideological. He showed his astounding beta male feel-good naivete by closing the prison at Gitmo. He treated a reporter in a way that the previous President never would have, and we know how they media would have reported it had Bush done the same thing. He bombed civilians in Pakistan, something for which he trashed the Bush administration.
It is completely obvious that we can trust nothing that the mainstream media says about The One. They are completely in the tank for this empty suit and his policies and clear thinking people need to realize how dangerous this is not only to the truth but to the future of America. This is a clear example of how the mainstream media has completed the transition into Pravda. Their complete unquestioning support of the candidate they chose shows how indispensible the less filtered media of the internet and talk radio are.
Journalism is dead in most of America’s media outlets. Barack Obama has thousands of White House Press Secretaries, taking their paychecks from the AP and the NYT and the Tribune company and the big networks.
